Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.
For pre-order or made-to-order items, production timelines will be communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location:
South Africa: 2–5 business days after dispatch
International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Responsibility
Rea’Nubia is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Courier Responsibility & Risk Transfer
Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, Rea’Nubia is not responsible for loss, theft, delays, or damage occurring during transit.
Customers are required to liaise directly with the courier service using the provided tracking information for any delivery-related issues.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
