Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:
Is unworn, unwashed, and unused
Has all original tags and packaging intact
Is returned in its original condition
Items returned outside of these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
Made-to-order or custom pieces
Pre-order items
Sale or discounted items
Accessories, including scarves and bags, unless faulty
Faulty Items
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once assessed and confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with South African consumer law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
